To transfer your membership, please submit the Member Join Form. You can also attach your Individual History Report from the lodge you are transferring from when you fill out this form.
Please allow one week for the membership system to be updated after submitting the form. Should we need any additional information, a follow up email will be sent form help@shawneelodge.org
